To be done in succession, with no rest!

 

1 min push ups
1 min mountain climbers 
1 min wrestling shoots 
1 min jab, cross sprawl and repeat
1 min jump squats
1 min lunges - alternating left and right

1 min planks

Diet is 70% of results, but excercising like this will help.
